ডেলিভারি কাভারেজ

  • আমরা বাংলাদেশের সব প্রধান শহর ও জেলাতে ডেলিভারি করি, যেমন ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, সিলেট, রাজশাহী, খুলনা, বরিশাল এবং রংপুর
  • দূরবর্তী বা দুর্গম এলাকায় অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস।
  • প্রি-অর্ডার বা বিশেষ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে (প্রোডাক্ট পেজে উল্লেখ থাকবে)।

শিপিং চার্জ

  • ঢাকার ভেতরে: ফ্ল্যাট রেট (চেকআউটে উল্লেখ থাকবে)।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: লোকেশন ও কুরিয়ারের উপর নির্ভর করে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
  • নির্বাচিত পণ্যে বা অফারের সময় ফ্রি ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হতে পারে।

অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

অর্ডার শিপ করার পর, আপনি একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর পাবেন SMS বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে, যার সাহায্যে আপনি ডেলিভারি স্ট্যাটাস রিয়েল-টাইমে দেখতে পারবেন।

ডেলিভারি প্রচেষ্টা

  • আমাদের কুরিয়ার পার্টনার সর্বোচ্চ ২ বার ডেলিভারি প্রচেষ্টা করবে।
  • ডেলিভারি না হলে অর্ডার আমাদের কাছে ফেরত আসবে। পরে কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের মাধ্যমে পুনরায় সময় নির্ধারণ করতে পারবেন।
